At L2Y we believe your journey starts when you need it to, therefore we offer beginner courses throughout the year, classes which you can attend for as long as you need. Our knowledgeable instructors will help you build the foundation to your practice. Have you been thinking about trying yoga or want come back to yoga after a long break? If so this 6 week introductory course is perfect for you. This beginners yoga class will take you through some key poses and breathing techniques to help you relax the mind and body.
Beginners courses are a series of 6 classes that are to be attended in consecutive order. The information in each class is taught in a progressive sequence, so your consistent attendance is required to receive the full benefits. We regret that substitutions cannot be made for missed classes.
For your own benefit please check-in at least 10 minutes early for each class. You are free to bring your own mat, but all equipment will be available for you. New mats are also available for purchase at reception. Please let your teacher know before class if you have any new/reoccurring injuries, serious illness, if you are pregnant or have recently had a baby.

We have a small studio space dedicated to one-to-one sessions and with packages ranging from individual sessions to discounted packages we have something to suite everyone.
